Wonderlands Tours – Terms & Conditions of Sale

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and Payment
A deposit is required within three (3) calendar days of booking to secure a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to departure. Certain bookings may be subject to special payment terms, which will be communicated at the time of reservation.

Failure to remit payment by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of airline and other travel arrangements. Wonderlands Tours shall not be responsible for any penalties, fare increases, or additional fees resulting from late payment. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


2. Forms of Payment
Accepted methods of payment include:

  • Checks payable to Wonderlands Tours
  • Debit or credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club)

Returned checks will incur a $75 service fee. A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments made on discounted rates only.


3. Last-Minute Reservations
Reservations are accepted up to the date of departure, subject to availability. International bookings may require up to three (3) days’ advance notice.

A $100 special handling fee per booking applies to reservations made within 14 days of departure.


4. Customer Identification & Proof of Citizenship
In accordance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements, all airline passengers must provide Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD), including:

  • Full name (as it appears on a government-issued ID)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Redress number (if applicable)

Passenger names must exactly match the identification used during travel. Customers are responsible for any fees, penalties, or denied boarding resulting from incorrect information. Name corrections are subject to airline policies, along with a $50 per person administrative fee and any applicable supplier charges.

Travelers are responsible for verifying entry requirements and obtaining all necessary documentation, including valid passports and visas. Passports must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date and contain sufficient blank pages. No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain required documentation.

5. Travel Documents
Travel documents will be issued approximately 21 days prior to departure for fully paid reservations.

A $70 reissue fee per booking will apply for lost or damaged documents, in addition to any supplier or expedited delivery charges.


6. Changes Prior to Departure
Customer-initiated changes after payment will incur a $75 fee per person, in addition to any applicable airline, hotel, or supplier charges. Changes may result in price adjustments based on current rates.

Name changes may be treated as cancellations and are subject to supplier-specific rules and penalties.


7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to a $500 fee per person, in addition to any applicable supplier charges.

No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services once travel has commenced. Wonderlands Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations prior to departure; in such cases, applicable refunds will be issued without further obligation.


8. No-Shows
Failure to travel without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full reservation cost is non-refundable, subject to supplier policies.


9. Pre-Departure Cancellation Fees

Deposits and airline ticket payments are non-refundable.


10. Changes After Departure
No refunds will be provided for unused services after travel has commenced. Any changes made after departure will incur a $100 fee per person, in addition to supplier charges.


11. Rates & Inclusions
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Rates do not include, unless otherwise specified: baggage fees, seat assignments, visas, departure taxes, gratuities, meals, resort fees, parking, travel insurance, or personal expenses.


12. Air Transportation
Wonderlands Tours is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or labor disruptions. All corrective actions are determined solely by the airline.


13. Accommodations
Hotel, cruise, and related accommodations are subject to availability and provided at the discretion of the supplier. Specific room types, locations, bedding configurations, or special requests cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges are payable directly to the supplier.


14. Rental Cars
A rental day is defined as a 24-hour period. Additional charges, including fuel, insurance, and overtime, are payable directly to the rental company.

A valid driver’s license and security deposit are required. Minimum age requirements vary by location, and underage driver fees may apply.


15. Baggage & Personal Property
All baggage-related fees and personal property risks are the responsibility of the traveler. Wonderlands Tours is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.


16. Physical Disabilities
Travelers requiring special accommodations must notify Wonderlands Tours at the time of booking. Availability of such accommodations cannot be guaranteed.


17. Responsibility & Liability
Wonderlands Tours acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. These suppliers are independent entities, and Wonderlands Tours is not liable for their acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, or events beyond its control, including force majeure.


18. Insurance
Travelers are required to maintain travel insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 200,000 for medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and repatriation. Additional coverage for trip cancellation and baggage protection is strongly recommended.


19. Limitation of Liability
The liability of Wonderlands Tours is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer.


20. Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through non-binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, or California law where applicable. Each party shall bear its own legal costs and fees.


21. Third-Party Suppliers
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their respective terms, conditions, tariffs, and policies. Wonderlands Tours assumes no responsibility for their performance.


22. Governing Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to individual bookings. Group travel or specialized packages may be subject to additional terms. Wonderlands Tours reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
